Returns Policy

Gorgeous Hair Wholesale Extensions is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Any claims or complaints must be made within 7 days of delivery date.

Gorgeous Hair Wholesale Extensions reserves the right to exchange/refund and replace faulty goods.

Returns must be authorized by Gorgeous Hair Wholesale Extensions. Any product that has been opened, used, damaged or defaced in any way will not be accepted for return by Gorgeous Hair Wholesale Extensions.

All returns/exchanges will incur a $10 shipping and handling fee, there will be NO returns or exchanges on opened sets or change of mind or if color does not match. Please choose carefully, email photo of your hair for color match if you are unsure of your hair colour.

We understand that it can be difficult to choose the correct colour when ordering online, so we are more than happy to exchange your unopened Gorgeous Hair Extensions for another colour. For hygienic reasons we are only able to exchange hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

How do i exchange?
1. Please email or call us first, you can email us at info@gorgeoushairwholesaleextensions.com or call 03 9219 0571 to advise us of the exchange.
2. Please Include a copy of your invoice and a note stating the colour you wish to swap for, please make sure to send them back using Australia express post registered service so you can track your parcel. Gorgeous Hair Wholesale Extensions will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected parcels.
3. Please include a self addressed express satchel for us to send your exchange to you. Once your return item has been received your exchange item will be posted back to you with the satchel you have provided.

NOTE: All items must be returned in their unopened, original, undamaged packaging or an exchange/return will not be issued.

How long will it take for me to receive my exchange?
Once we have received/inspected the returned package, and have confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and that the security seal is still in place, we will send out your new colour the same day.
